- Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader, adhering to Corewell Health policies and procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients using the framework of the nursing process.
- Develop teaching strategies for patients and families, documenting education and learning appropriately in the health record.
- Partner with patients and families to identify goals and develop plans of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
