About the Role
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Corewell Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a RN in our 18-bed mixed ICU, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to adult surgical, trauma, neuro, medical, and cardiothoracic/vascular patients.
In this dynamic environment, you will collaborate with residents and attendings to ensure optimal patient outcomes through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Our nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:2, and we utilize cutting-edge technology such as IABP, CRRT, EEG-continuous monitoring, Acumen IQ, ICP monitoring, BIS monitoring, and TTM devices.
