As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide expert care to patients with gastrointestinal disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current RN licensure in Michigan
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred
