About the Position
This role involves working as a member of a dynamic surgical services team, providing high-quality patient care under the direction of a Nurse Leader. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Documenting education and learning in the health record
- Partnering with patients and families to develop teaching strategies and plans of care
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred within 5 years
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program required
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days
