Corewell Health Hospice South serves approximately 300 patients within their homes across Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties. We specialize in providing symptom management and end-of-life care to those with a terminal diagnosis and a life expectancy of 6 months or less alongside the interdisciplinary team.
