Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments, monitoring patients' physiological conditions, and implementing treatment plans under the direct supervision of the Nursing Manager in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, promoting optimal health outcomes and preventing complications associated with specific health problems and/or medical treatment.

Requirements
