Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the Medical Surgical Unit. As a RN on this unit, you will work closely with patients and families to provide high-quality care and support during their stay. This is a full-time, 12-hour night position with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care to patients on the Medical Surgical Unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques
• Participate in unit-based committees to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and progress
Qualifications
Graduates from accredited nursing programs qualify for this position. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required within 5 years. BLS and ACLS certifications are also required.
