The Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Lab team at Lakeland Hospital. As an RN in this full-time position, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients while ensuring quality care adheres to organizational policies. This role requires an active RN license in Michigan and relevant certifications in life support.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Associates in Nursing or Bachelors in Nursing within 5 years
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Relevant certifications in life support
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience or 2 years of experience in a licensed healthcare role
