Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with mentoring RN on the nursing process, supporting documentation, and other items as appropriate. Will perform assessments in an ongoing and systematic manner, formulate a goal-directed plan of care, and implement delegated interdependent and independent direct care activities based on skills learning and clinical training, assessment findings, and evaluation of any previous interventions. Must successfully obtain certification/licensure from the State of Michigan and transition into a Registered Nurse role within 60 days.
