Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient capabilities and create personalized treatment plans
- Deliver occupational therapy services to patients based on medical direction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress
- Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the State of Michigan
- National Board Certification for Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC within 90 days of hire
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification is preferred but not required
