About the Job:
This full-time position is available in our Outpatient Rehabilitation Department at Watervliet. We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements individualized therapy programs to meet the needs of patients.
- Provides education and training to patients and caregivers on physical health and wellness.
- Documents patient information and treatment plans in compliance with department standards.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
- LIC-Physical Therapist required upon hire.
- LIC-Driver's License required upon hire.
- CRT-Basic Life Support certification required within 90 days.
