Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
- Deliver patient/caregiver education and arrange for adaptive equipment as needed.
- Perform evaluation procedures to assess the level of disability with regard to scope of practice, goals, and a plan of treatment.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Preferred Master's Degree.
- State of Michigan Physical Therapist license required upon hire.
- State of Michigan Drivers' License required upon hire (Homecare only).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA or ARC required within 90 days of hire.
