What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician – Anesthesiology – West Michigan position at Corewell Health?
Are you a skilled and compassionate anesthesiologist looking for an exciting opportunity? Corewell Health, Michigan’s largest health system, is seeking full time, part time, and casual/PRN anesthesiologists to join our dedicated team.
Competitive compensation package includes annual compensation of up to $580,000 – and total signing/starting bonuses of up to $75,000.
Definition of full time is 2,100 hours per year – with pay scaling based on actual hours worked. Includes 10 weeks of call coverage (five weekday PM one weekend [split first and second call] and approximately one in four weekends). This includes 10 weeks of nonscheduled time included in work expectation.
Benefits include annual CME allowance of $2,500 annually with rollover of unused funds with an annual maximum of $5,000.
Opportunities are available at the following locations: Big Rapids, Grand Haven, Grand Rapids, Greenville, Reed City, and Zeeland.

Required Doctorate
LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
