Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of a Nurse Leader.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient care and education accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days.
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months.
- Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric care preferred.
