Job Description
The CT Technologist Team Lead is responsible for assigning and monitoring the work of CT technologists to optimize quality and efficiency. This position also oversees compliance with policies and procedures to ensure departmental standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign and monitor the work of CT technologists
- Oversee compliance with policies and procedures
- Mentor and train new staff members
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree from an accredited radiologic technology program
- CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT
- CRT-Computerized Tomography (CT) - ARDMS
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a CT scan department
