Scope of Work
As a Radiology Technician at Corewell Health, you will perform accurate and efficient diagnostic exams across all areas of general radiology, all while adhering to established policies and procedures. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent clinical skills, ensuring the highest quality of images for interpretation. Upholding radiation protection principles and compliance with regulations is essential. You will also provide clinical instruction as needed while promoting our philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program is required.
- Training gained at student level is required.
- CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist is required within 180 days.
- CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist is required upon hire.
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association or ARC American Red Cross is required upon hire.
