Job Summary
This is a Full-time, Radiology Technologist position offering increased pay rates and a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus. The ideal candidate will improve health, instill humanity, and inspire hope as part of a collaborative team at Corewell Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology under supervision and according to established policies and procedures.
- Follow Corewell health philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care at all times.
- Effectively communicate with customer service, administrative, medical staff, and peers.
- Demonstrate ability to proficiently operate diagnostic imaging equipment and follow policy for any malfunctions or quality control failures.
- Utilize ALARA standards for minimizing radiation exposure to patient, staff, and self.
- Contribute to the effective operations of the department by assisting fellow employees and staying in compliance with quality assurance and quality control.
Requirements
- Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist within 180 days.
