- Provides clinical, team-based care in a collaborative learning environment.
- Participates in program didactics, lectures, and other educational activities.
- Investigate, evaluate, improve and appraise patient care based on self-evaluation & scientific evidence.
- Effectively exchange information in collaboration with patients, families and other health professionals.

- Provide optimal health care by awareness, responsiveness and effective use of other resources in the system.
- Ensures that services are provided in accordance with state and Federal regulations, organizational policy, and accreditation / compliance requirements.
- Comply with all ACGME institutional common and Residency Review Committee (RRC) requirements when applicable. Effective collaboration and participation with colleagues regarding patient care and educational matters.
