- Deliver nursing care responsibly and accountably, in accordance with the American Nurses Association (ANA) and State of Michigan standards.
- Demonstrate competency through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Uphold the standards of professional performance, as described by the ANA, including ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, research, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health.
