About the Role
Corewell Health is seeking a highly skilled Supervisor of Rehabilitation Services to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of rehabilitation professionals in providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of rehabilitation professionals in providing patient care.
- Develop and implement programs to promote quality and efficient care.
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement departmental objectives.
- Monitor departmental statistics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with third-party payer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy from an accredited college or university program.
- 5 years of relevant clinical experience with demonstrated excellence in provision of physical therapy or occupational therapy services.
- 1 year of relevant supervisory experience.
- MI Physical Therapist required.
- NB-COT OTR Occupational Therapist, Registered or ASHA Speech Language Pathologist preferred.
