As a member of our surgical services team, you will be responsible for preparing the surgical suite, handling instruments, and maintaining the sterile field during surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare case tables with necessary equipment, sterile supplies, instruments, and medications/solutions for each surgical case.
- Maintain responsibility for preparation of the surgical suite, intraoperative handling of instruments, and maintenance of the sterile field.
- Take an active role in preference card building and management through communication with surgeons and EMIs.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure seamless surgical procedures.
