- Takeoff & Estimating: Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential new construction roofing projects using takeoff software’s
- Blueprint Analysis: Review blueprints, project specifications, and job scopes to determine material and labor needs
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers and Operations to ensure pricing and project details are correct
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve potential issues in project estimates to ensure smooth execution
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required
- 1-2 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in residential roofing.
- Experience using Construction Connect, PlanSwift, or similar takeoff software.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients.
- Self-motivated and accountable—we need someone who shows up and gets the job done!
