Job Responsibilities - Operations Support Coordinator
- Identify and analyze job shortages and overages across projects and departments.
- Investigate root causes of operational discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with field teams, project managers, and other departments to resolve issues and align resources.
- Track, document, and report operational issues and resolution outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow and reduce inefficiencies.
- Support performance improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in operations support, logistics, project coordination, or a related field (construction or field services experience a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
