CMG Services is looking for a motivated team player to join their accounting team. The accounting department is a fast-paced working environment with diverse processes for several entities. This individual MUST have at least 2 years or more of experience in AR and Payment Applications.

Responsibilities
- Streamline Invoicing Process: Use specific and diverse processes to send invoices promptly and efficiently.
- Centralized Documentation: Maintain an organized system for invoices, and payment confirmations.
- Software: Working with tools like QuickBooks and NetSuite.
- Customer Portals: Manage and reference customer portals for information necessary for invoicing and payments.
Customer Relations
- Client Education: Provide clients with easy-to-understand guidelines on payment procedures.
- Personalized Communication: Customize reminders and follow-ups to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
- Dispute Resolution: Develop a clear process for handling billing disputes to reduce resolution time.
Career Development and Team Contributions
- Upskilling Opportunities: Pursue certifications like Certified Credit and Accounts Receivable Specialist (CCARS).
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues quickly.
- Knowledge Sharing: Create an internal knowledge base or host training sessions for colleagues on best practices.
Customer Payments
- Receive in all payments for several entities.
- Make remote deposits for several entities
- Monitor bank accounts for ACH deposits from customers
- Create credit memos per job and per back charge and offset during payment application.

- Builders
- Subcontractors.
- Daily deposit detail report
- Process credit card payments and cc fees

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in AR and Payment Applications.
- NetSuite Experience preferred
- Understanding of intercompany transactions
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Location and Hours:
