The successful candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities :
Identify potential clients and schedule appointments to present insurance products.
Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Explain policy features, benefits, and premiums to clients.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to build and nurture relationships with clients.
Process insurance applications and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
