Responsibilities
- Collaborate and strategize with our Commercial Market Sector Leaders and other leadership on project pursuits to maintain existing client relationships and establish new business.
- Commitment to design excellence and ingenuity, as well as outstanding service to existing and new clients.
- Establish credibility through strong project management skills in the commercial market sector.
- Exceed client and business objectives by inspiring and motivating a team, developing their skills and encouraging professional growth to continue cultivating our local presence.
- Establish and maintain client relationships with existing and prospective development clients in the realm of Commercial Office, Mixed-Use Master Planning, Civic and similar project types.
- Fee Generation and Management suitable to the market.
- Identify project opportunities.
- Generate and execute proposals.
- Lead a team of individuals within the Phoenix, AZ office who will design and execute projects of various sizes.
