Job Summary
The Guest Experience coordinator is responsible for overseeing operations of the tasting room to ensure an exceptional experience for guests while promoting our brand and products. This role requires a strong background in hospitality, leadership skills to coordinates with team to ensure event success.. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine and fine dining and a keen understanding of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging tasting experiences that highlight our products and enhance guest satisfaction.
-Gain a keen knowledge of Coria brand wines, and work well with onsite wine maker and team members.
- Coordinate special events, including banquets and private tastings, to promote our offerings and engage with the community. -Respond to emails and phone messages in timely manner.
- Stocking of inventory as needed
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by providing exceptional customer service and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the culinary team and clients to develop menus that pair well with our products.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the tasting room, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field, preferably within a fine dining or wine tasting room environment.
- Strong knowledge of food service practices, including food preparation, handling, and safety protocols.
- Experience in bartending or beverage service is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and create memorable experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed for events.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for wine is key, along with knowledge of pairing techniques.

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
