Responsibilities
- Process, review, and approve client money movement transactions on behalf of clients
- Liaise with custodians to resolve issues that could result in delayed money movement
- Release approved wire / check / journal / ETF transactions at custodian
- Complete all tasks in Salesforce in an accurate and timely manner
- Prepare and review daily money movement reports to identify transactions that require escalation and further review
- Train team regarding policies and procedures around money movements
- Support / fulfill other client support duties, quarterly reports, and special projects as needed

Pay Information
This position is non-exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of California. The pay range for this position is $30-40 USD per hour. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
