Responsibilities
- Detailed tracking of client bills and filings
- Manage bill collection and processing
- Research and resolve issues or discrepancies with client accounts and bills
- Respond to client requests and inquiries
- Manage vendor payments, accountant relationships, and client relationships
- Money movement requests
- Perform monthly reconciliations of client bank accounts and credit cards
- Assist with client onboarding
- Ensure financial records are organized
- Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with policies and procedures
- Other client and team support, as needed
