The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private wealth management and expertise in financial technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Ownership:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, configuration, and enhancements of portfolio management platforms to align with business and client needs.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with wealth advisors, portfolio managers, and operations teams to gather insights and translate their needs into platform improvements.
- Act as the central point of contact for all portfolio management-related technology requests, including troubleshooting and support.
- Platform Enhancements:
- Define and document technical requirements for portfolio management tools, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and third-party development teams to design, implement, and test new solutions.
- User Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training materials to ensure users are proficient with the platform and maximize its capabilities.
- Promote platform adoption by driving best practices and maintaining consistent product usage.
- Performance and Reporting:
- Monitor the performance of portfolio management systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Leverage tools to streamline client reporting and enhance the overall client experience.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with stakeholders across various levels.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency.

- Required Experience:
- Proven experience with portfolio management tools (e.g., Addepar) or similar private wealth technology platforms.
- Background in private wealth management or financial services, with a focus on portfolio reporting and operational tools.
- Familiarity with adjacent technologies such as Salesforce, DocuSign, and/or CRM systems.
- Proficiency with enterprise tooling, such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite.
- Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of advisory operations, client servicing, DevOps, or QA processes.
- Experience leading technology projects in the private wealth industry, from requirements gathering to implementation.
Physical Requirements
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
