Key Responsibilities
- Support HRIS-related initiatives from an Employee Life Cycle perspective, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence Management, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Time Tracking, and Offboarding.
- Provide Workday subject matter expertise for day-to-day support and development, including business process design, data transmission (EIB), testing, and troubleshooting support.
- Collaborate with HR functional leads to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency by leveraging Workday functionality.
- Act as the lead subject matter expert for Workday’s Advanced Compensation and Benefits Modules, ensuring effective configuration and support of these modules.
- Design and implement processes and procedures to maintain a healthy system environment aligned with necessary control frameworks, driving Data Integrity and Security initiatives to meet business and ITGC requirements.
- Identify issues and apply judgment to find proactive solutions within the HR system.
- Work closely with IT on testing support and troubleshooting.
- Partner with the Payroll and Benefits team to ensure accurate HCM feeds to Payroll and Benefit integrations; resolve and escalate risks and issues as necessary.
- Maintain data integrity across systems, conduct system audits, and reconcile discrepancies with other functional areas to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with semi-annual Workday releases, including analyzing impacts of new functionality and conducting cross-functional analysis.
- Stay informed about upcoming Workday releases and their potential impact on current and future functionality.
- Provide HCM user support through documentation, developing and facilitating training, and creating supporting materials and reports as required.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reporting, management dashboards, and Workday analytics.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of Position Management and Job Architecture concepts and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent post-secondary education) in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience with Workday, with a broad understanding of cross-functional touchpoints and their impacts within the Workday platform.
- Workday Pro certification in one or multiple HCM modules, preferably in Advanced Compensation.
- Experience in designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions.
- Solid understanding of Human Resources processes and procedures across all aspects of human resources management systems.
- Knowledge of business operations and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience maintaining data integrity within systems, conducting audits, and reconciling discrepancies with other functional areas.
- Experience with report writing and database management.

Physical Requirements
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

The pay range for this position is $140,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
