What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Corinthian Yacht Club?
If you are a hard-working, energetic, and experienced Line Cook who enjoys being part of a team to provide the highest level of quality service, please apply! The ideal candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.
Position responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Consistently execute precise and artistic plating techniques to enhance the visual appeal of each dish.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the line, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts are required.
Starting pay is $23.00 per hour, based on experience.
*There is no public transportation to our Club.*
