The Corinthian Yacht Club is a private club located on scenic Marblehead Harbor. We are seeking an experienced Pool Director to be a part of our team from May- September 2025. We have a vibrant pool community and they are eager to welcome a knowledgeable and engaging leader.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training the pool staff.
- Lead the daily operation and maintenance of the outdoor Swimming Pool Complex.
- Manage a staff of Certified Lifeguards and Swim Instructors; direct them in daily operations, cleaning, and maintenance responsibilities.
- Manage the educational, recreational, and competitive swim programs, with support from the Swim Coach.
- Organize Swim lessons to be taught by tenured Lifeguards.
- Plan and execute social events- Splash Parties, Annual Water Show, and Family Nights.
