Guest Experience Manager | Part or Full Time | $10-100k (commission based)
Overview:
The Guest Experience Manager is the key to the stress-free event planning experience of Cork and Keg guests. This role involves full-service event planning, from initial consultation to coordinating all reservations and logistics. Guest Experience Managers are also responsible for promoting our services, generating leads, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and building relationships with new partners.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Plan, book, and manage all tour details, including winery reservations, transportation, and additional experiences.
- Coordinate with third-party partners such as wineries, photographers, caterers, and restaurants.
- Ensure seamless communication between guests and tour staff.
- Provide on-call support on weekends for tour operations.
- Engage with potential clients via social media, networking events, and/or at local wineries, breweries, distilleries, and restaurants.
- Close bookings from inbound inquiries and/or generate your own leads.
- Develop partnerships with wineries, breweries, and other local businesses.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and festivals.
