Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to join our team long term. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to inspire and guide our staff.
Main Responsibilities
- Inspire and guide our staff with strong leadership and positivity
- Leverage your understanding of the food service industry to continuously fine tune operations
- Help drive the strategy and plan
- Tackle challenges with creative problem-solving
- Manage budgets with a close eye on financial operations (Ordering, KPI's, Sales)
- Be open to innovation and change as the hospitality landscape is evolving
- Build positive relationships with stellar customer service and interpersonal skills
Requirements / Expectations
- Experience with restaurant management software (Toast, OpenTable, 7 Shifts, Restaurant365)
- A passion for hospitality and community
