We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated individual to join our remote sales team from our Dallas showroom. About the Position :
As a Remote Sales Specialist, you’ll work as an integral part of our sales team, focusing on growing existing accounts and generating new business. Your role will combine customer relationship management, live selling, and social media strategy to drive product sales. This position is ideal for someone who is results-driven, enjoys virtual engagement, and understands how to leverage live selling and social media to boost brand awareness and customer conversions.
How You Will Succeed :
- Live Selling & Virtual Engagement :
- Host live selling events across platforms like Facebook , showcasing new styles, answering customer questions, and generating immediate sales.
- Promote Corkys products during live events, offering exclusive deals and product demonstrations.
- Use real-time engagement to foster relationships with customers, guide them through the buying process, and create a memorable brand experience.
- Account Management & Sales Growth :
- Work closely with existing accounts to grow sales, ensure consistent product awareness, and manage relationships through effective follow-ups.
- Actively prospect for new business through social media interactions, cold calling, and lead generation to expand Corkys' footprint in new markets.
- Leverage CRM software to track customer interactions, sales data, and account progress, ensuring a streamlined follow-up process.
- Customer Relationship Building :
- Deliver an elevated customer experience through multiple channels, including phone, email, social media (DM, comments, etc.), and live selling events.
- Foster lasting relationships by staying informed about current trends and customer preferences, ensuring Corkys stays top-of-mind for customers.
- Collaboration & Feedback :
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide valuable insights based on customer feedback, trends, and sales performance.
- Work closely with the sales management team to review progress, strategize on account growth, and align with company goals.
- Social Media & Digital Strategy :
- Maintain an active presence on social media platforms to engage with customers and promote products, leveraging content such as photos, videos, and live sessions.
- Understand how social media can impact product sales and use it to drive visibility and connect with customers in creative ways.
