Corle Building Systems is an IAS accredited (USA) and CSA-A660 (Canada) certified manufacturer of pre-engineered steel building systems. We design and manufacture rigid frame clear span and multiple span buildings of all sizes.
Due to continued growth, we have an immediate need for a Metal Buildings Systems Software Technician.
Summary
The MBS Technician is responsible for the configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance & upgrades to the Metal Building Software system and associated applications. The MBS Technician also works with the Corle staff and authorized builders to improve the software through teamwork and direct communications with the MBS staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade MBS and associated applications on workstations and the MBS network server as needed
- Maintain our MBS Terminal server that some of our Authorized Builders connect to and run MBS
- Maintain, backup and refine the Metal Building Software system
- Receive and process enhancement requests/trouble calls from Corle staff and Corle Authorized Builders using our MBS Dealer Software, this includes telephone and remote support using GoTo Assist
- Perform troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose and resolve problems and errors as reported
- Provide MBS orientation and training to new employees
- Provide MBS users with technical support
- Keep accurate records of requests received / changes made to the MBS system
- Work with Corle staff to find ways to improve the MBS system

- This position WILL REQUIRE relocation to Imler, Pennsylvania or the surrounding area. This position is required to work out of our Imler, Pennsylvania location. There is no option for this position to be remote or offsite.
- Eligible candidate will be required to work Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
- Must be authorized to work anywhere in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary and assist in the implementation of product enhancements and integration into existing software systems.
- Candidate should be a self motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
- Passionate about building high quality systems with software implementation best practices.
Education
- Associates Degree in Computer Science or a related area is preferred.
- Experience working in a Drafting/Engineering or manufacturing environment is a plus.
