Cormack Construction Management, a high-end custom residential design-build firm in Madison, NH is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our talented team. This is a full-time, year-round, office-based position in Madison NH.
We are looking for a talented individual who can assist the project managers with the management of all phases of a project while working directly with our architects and site supervisors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: planning, organizing, and controlling projects; supervising subcontractors and staff; estimating, managing budgets, and developing schedules.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
· 4-year degree in a relevant field of study.
· 2 years’ experience working with clients.
· Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills.
· Problem‐solving, attention to detail, and organization skills.
