Equipment Maintenance Specialist

The Equipment Maintenance Specialist at CORN, LP will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various plant issues. This includes high-speed equipment, mechanical defects, material of construction failure or wear, electrical components failure, wiring problems, control wiring, control logic, piping replacement, valve replacement, pump alignment, bearing failure, seal failure, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment to prevent failures.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve equipment efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in equipment maintenance.
