Are you a friendly, organized, and dependable individual looking for a dynamic role in the automotive industry? Corn’s Collision Center is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to be the face of our shop!

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, coordinate vehicle pickups and drop-offs, and handle key administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to jump in where needed to support our customers and operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide outstanding customer service—answer calls, greet customers, assist with inquiries, and ensure a seamless repair experience.
  • Keep customers informed—schedule repairs, provide updates, and maintain clear communication.
  • Manage administrative tasks—handle data entry, record-keeping, invoicing, and processing paperwork with precision and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate vehicle logistics—arrange pickups and drop-offs, run errands, and ensure smooth workflow in the shop.
  • Support shop operations—maintain office organization, stock supplies, and assist wherever needed to keep the business running efficiently.

  • Safety-conscious, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Basic automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred (automotive industry experience is a bonus!).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
