KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS WORKING CONDITIONS :
Education :
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Licensure / Certification :
CNA : Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA I)of an accredited program and possess a current nurse aide certificate for the state of North Carolina with no substantial findings.
PCA : A completed 80 hours Personal Care Assistant Program certificate or must obtain within six months of employment
Experience :
CNA : At least have some experience in CNA work. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
PCA : Prefer experience in dealing with the elderly population.
