Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Supervise and mentor associates, providing guidance and feedback to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with hospital manager to drive financial performance and revenue generation.
- Represent the hospital in the professional community and to the general public.
- Participate in Continuing Education meetings and training to stay current with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
- 3 years of leadership/management experience, preferred.
- 3 years of experience as a veterinarian, required.
- Able to lead the team through various cases and situations.
- Possess the highest standard of ethics and compassion in patient care.
