The IT Director is responsible for overseeing the information technology infrastructure and strategy of the company. The IT Director will lead our IT staff, ensuring the company’s technology investments align with business goals, drive innovation, and maintain security. The ideal candidate will have the hands-on capabilities to manage our IT infrastructure as well as a strong understanding of emerging technologies, data management, and cybersecurity to drive our IT investments as our company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy to support business objectives.

· Oversee IT operations, including external network connectivity, internal network reliability and performance, storage and back-ups, network and mobile security, and personal productivity (laptops & software), ensuring efficient, secure, reliable, and cost-effective technology solutions.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and IT best practices.

· Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

· Drive innovation by researching and integrating emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and automation.

· Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.

· Collaborate with executives to align technology with business strategy and growth initiatives.

· Develop and oversee IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective technology investments.

· Lead and mentor IT team members to build a high-performing technology department.

Minimum qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise systems.

· Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in network operation, cybersecurity, and data management.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications:

· Experience working in a technology-driven company.

Location:

This role fully supports remote work for employees residing within the United States, with the flexibility to travel to our Chesterbrook Corporate Center located in Wayne, PA occasionally for in-person collaboration.

At Cornelis Networks your base salary is only one component of your comprehensive total rewards package. Your base pay will be determined by factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and location relative to the hiring range for the position. Depending on your role, you may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, including an annual bonus or sales incentives.
