Job Requirements:
- The Key Account Specialist is a critical position within Clopay National Accounts (Storefronts). Coordinators handle dispatching, following up and quoting with vendors and customers to ensure jobs are managed and completed accurately and timely.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: dispatching service calls, following up with vendors throughout lifespan of service call, submitting NTE/Quote requests, recognize and address potential delays with material, provide a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are always up to date on the latest information available. Situations within each job will be unique and may require additional steps

Our customers rely on Cornell’s Coordinators to provide detailed, reliable, and valuable updates based on both the expert opinion in the field and an internal review process. A Coordinator’s primary and secondary focus will be determined by your Supervisor.
Primary Focus: Managing service calls for but not limited to, Coiling Service Doors, Rolling Grilles, Side-Folding Gates, Scissor Gates, Sectional Doors, Strip Doors, Passage Doors and Frames, Dock levelers, Locks, Safes, Glass, and Window Film with Customer and CSS expectations for a timely updates and completion confirmation.
- Shows creativity and resourcefulness to get accurate and timely information from Vendors/Suppliers.
- Offers effective solutions when vendor timeline does not meet our requirements.
- Enters all relevant information into Navision; accurately and timely.
- Knowledge of Customer Requirements and expectations.
- Excellent communication skills to provide a high level of Customer Service
- Build strong win-win relationships with other departments within Cornell, including Vendor Relations, Operations, Account Management, Business Development and Accounting.
- Actively supports colleagues and teams towards effective change, encouraging continuous improvement.
