CornellCookson a division of Clopay Corporation is a leading door and grille manufacturer located in Mountain Top, PA where we manufacture a complete line of overhead door and closure products, designed for commercial industrial, institutional and retail use.
We are seeking outstanding, highly motivated and energetic candidates to join our growing team on 1st , 2nd and 3rd Shift
We are looking to fill positions in :
- Shaft Assembly (Fabricator) - 1st Shift
- Mig Welding / Assemble and mark pipe according to shop sheets / Operate Drill Press / Weld Gear ends and fasten
- Receiver (Material Handler ) - 1st Shift
- Loading and unloading different transport items, recording inventory statuses and making sure deliveries properly match purchase orders.
- Grille Guides (Fabricator) - 1st Shift
- Pack Aluminum Guides / Make material pulls / Ability to run Plasma Cutter, Band Saw, Stone Saw, Drill Press, Punch Press, Overhead crane
- Inner Shaft Fabricator(Fabricator) - 2nd Shift
- Mark and drill pipe to shop sheet requirements / Machine Set up and adjustments / Pin castings
- Powder Coat Load/Unload (Packaging)- 2nd shift
- Load & Unload product on conveyor system ensuring parts are correct and meet the requiements and specifications of the final product.
- Shipping Associate (Material Handler) – 2nd Shift
- Loading & unloading different transport items recoding inventory statuses, and making sure deliveries properly match purchase orders.
- C20 Curtain Assembly (Assembly) - 2nd and 3rd Shift
- Assemble metal curtains using various hand tools, power tools and operating equipment, in accordance with standard operating procedures, selecting correct Bottom Bar, End Locks, and Rivets.
- Therm Curtain Assembly (Assembly) - 2nd and 3rd Shift
- Assemble metal curtains using various hand tools, power tools and operating equipment, in accordance with standard operating procedures/selecting correct Bottom Bar, End Locks, and Rivets / Use of Chop saw to cut down slats
- Guide Assembly (Assembly) - 3rd Shift
- Use of guide gap tool to adjust guide as needed / Ensure any brush-weather strip is supplied as required / ensure angles are proper material and/or color
Our new team members are starting at $20.00 to $23.00 with an additional shift differential of $1.50 /hour for working 2nd or 3rd shift and $2.00/hour for 4th shift
1st Shift 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
2nd Shift 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
3rd Shift 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
4F Shift (Fri-Sat-Sunday) 7:00 am to 7:00 pm 4M Shift (Sat-Sun-Monday) 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Our new team members are starting at $20.00 to $23.00 with an additional shift differential of $1.50 /hour for working 2nd or 3rd shift and $2.00/hour for 4th shift
WALK-INS WELCOME DAILY from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Front Entrance to the right of the Clopay Sign
Requirements
- Qualified candidates must possess a High School diploma
- Must be able lift up to 50 pounds, and have the ability to work at a quick pace.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility.
- Understand, interpret and utilize blueprints / drawings
- Ability to use hand tools and read a tape measure with accuracy
- Computer knowledge
- Meet Safety, Production and Quality standards
