- Deliver innovative educational programs using established program resources and materials.
- Communicate with school personnel to ensure intentional instruction and address the needs and interests of participating youth.
- Implement program evaluation as designed by the Outside Evaluator and New York State Education Department (NYSED).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent education.
- Valid NYS Drivers License and ability to meet travel requirements associated with this position.
- Familiarity with subject matter appropriate to area of programming (4-H Youth Development).
