Are you a self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for helping people? Our patient-focused dental office is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Create a welcoming environment – Greet patients, keep the reception area clean, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Manage front desk operations – Answer calls, route messages, schedule appointments, and assist with patient correspondence.
- Stay organized – Maintain updated patient records, scan documents, process mail, and order supplies.
- Support the team – Inform staff of patient arrivals, help with insurance verification, collect payments, and assist with scheduling.
- Be a team player – Help control broken appointments, track office statistics, and keep all areas presentable.
