One element in our total compensation package is base pay. The starting base pay for this role is $27.00 to $29.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels. Adjust production schedules as needed to accommodate changes to customer demand, equipment failures, or material shortages.
- Coordination with Departments: Work closely with procurement, engineering, quality control, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with production needs. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products to prevent shortages or excess stock. Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely ordering of materials based on production schedules.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the production process and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency. Continuously assess and recommend improvements to production processes to reduce costs and increase throughput.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Maintain accurate records of production data, including production rates, lead times, and downtime. Generate reports to provide insights into production performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all production activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Work with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet or exceed quality standards.
- Resource Allocation: Determine manpower and equipment requirements for upcoming production runs. Ensure that resources are effectively utilized to maximize productivity.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate potential production issues and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks. Troubleshoot production delays, equipment failures, or other issues as they arise.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP software and production planning tools.
- Minimum of 3 years MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning)
- Experience (kanban, demand pull, point of use, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Strong organizational and planning skills are required.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize is required.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) with Good Data Entry and Math Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
