Description : Position Summary :
Reviews prep sheets for food preparation. Prepares food as ordered. Prepared food is accurate according to company provided specification. Works FOH / BOH duties as required.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Reviews prep sheets for food preparation
- Begins and completes baking / food preparation
- Assembles catering food in baskets, trays and bowls
- Makes deliveries by vehicle or by food as assigned
- Responsible for breakfast and lunch preparation and set up for next day orders
- Works FOH or BOH as required (secondary functions listed below)
- Responsible for clean up duties
- Empties trash as required
