This position demands excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain the highest level of standards. The Manager must work well under pressure, is organized, flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and willing to work long hours. I will be considering all experienced Managers for this position.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations under the guidance of the Owner
- Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling labor, scheduling, and safety and sanitation
- Prioritize completing task
- Ensure Service and or Culinary Excellence
- Ensure excellent guest experience
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least two years of Manager in a fast-paced, full-service, fine dining restaurant environment
- Stress management/composure
- Proven leadership and time management skills
- Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures
